Working as an International student
International students wanting to work in Australia can work up to 40 hours per fortnight during semester hours and full-time during semester breaks on a student visa. You can expect a wage of at least 20 dollars per hour. Recently, the Australian government announced a temporary relaxation of working hours for student visa holders. This means students now can work more than 40 hours a fortnight in any sector of the economy. These temporary measures remain in place until further notice.

Working after graduation
