Pre-Departure Counseling Session

Edvise Hub organizes a separate session for its customers on pre departure. According to us, the counseling session on pre departure has the most importance in the whole process.

Guidance About Destination, Culture, and University

In this session, we provide information about their new destination, new culture and university. Students may experience culture shock when they visit Australia for the first time. We explain them about the new culture and traditions to save them from having any kind of conflicts with the locals. We inform them about the behavior that should be maintained by them.

Familiarizing Students with New Experiences

Everything is going to be new for them therefore we try to make them familiar with the places they are going to witness and what they might have to experience. Since the place will be new therefore we guide them about the actions that they are allowed to take and make them aware of the things that can create problems for them. This will have positive impact on their future performance and it will built confidence in them.

Parents’ Involvement and Detailed Information

We also invite parents in pre departure counseling sessions. We also provide information about travelling, standards of conduct, logistics, food, safety issues, registration, insurance, health issues and a lot more. It is a detailed session.

Communication with Counselors and Students

Students can communicate properly with not only students but also with counselors. You can any question directly so that you will not have any confusion. Other students may come up with the questions that you might have not thought about. The more you know, the better it is for you.

Learning About Academic Life and Medical Help

You will also learn about the academic life and cost of living in a foreign land. We also guide student what to do when they get ill. They may also need to follow certain medical and emergency protocols depending in which university they get admission.

One-on-One Session Option

There is an alternative for students who do have time to attend pre departure sessions. We can briefly conduct an individual session for students who request for it.
