Level of Education of Scholarship:  The scholarship provides opportunities for postgraduate studies at the master’s or doctoral level, as well as for research projects and teaching assistantships.

  • Commitment to Cultural Exchange: Fulbright scholars are expected to actively participate in cultural exchange activities and promote mutual understanding between their home country and the United States.
  • No U.S. Citizenship: Applicants must not hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application.
