Be an approved Standard Business Sponsor (SBS)
Conduct Labour Market Testing (LMT) within 4 months
Pay at least the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT) — currently $73,150 (rising to $76,515 from 1 July 2025)
